Founded in the Township of Spallumcheen in 1965, Maddock’s Construction has established deep roots within the Okanagan and Shuswap regions, working from Penticton to Revelstoke. We take pride in our connection with our clients and the businesses that have grown with us along the way. As one of the original members of SICA (Southern Interior Construction Association), we have always strived to improve the face of the construction industry and to ensure that our clients benefit from our experience and extensive knowledge. It’s this connection and passion for what we do that allows us to move forward in this ever-changing industry to offer the best service for our clients.

Craig Main, President
Craig joined Maddocks Construction Ltd. in 1990 and is a seasoned expert in the field with over three decades of industry experience. He is a journeyman in both benchwork and joinery, and carpentry. During his apprenticeship, he was named the top apprentice in British Columbia, Canada, and North America. Craig’s leadership ensures each project is executed with meticulous attention to detail and unmatched craftsmanship.
Roger Lafleur, Vice-President
A seasoned veteran with over 26 years of experience in the construction industry, Roger is a Project Manager/Estimator for primarily commercial and institutional project work. In this role, he oversees all aspects of projects from estimating to overseeing construction.
