Armstrong Public Pool
Construction of the new pool and change rooms in Armstrong. This project consisted of the pool area and large change room facility located in Armstrong. This project look several years of planning before it was executed. The final product is a fantastic facility for the Armstrong community.
VantageOne Vernon Building
The exterior of the building was stripped of it’s original tile finish and a new metal panel addition was added at the main entrance. The full exterior façade was re-finished with stucco, decorative stone and aluminum panels. The interior lobby and stairs were renovated, bringing a new modern design to the building.
Armstrong Spallumcheen Firehall Addition
Construction of a much-needed addition to the Armstrong firehall. This included additional truck bays, a new hose tower, office space and training centre.
Bastion Elementary
New office and classroom addition to the Bastion Elementary School in Salmon Arm. This was a concrete and wood frame structure that added new space for the administration staff and students.
Roger Foods Grain Pit
Demolition and removal of the old grain receiving building. Construction of a new concrete grain receiving pit with a new conveying system and structural steel building.
Courtesy Motors
Renovation of the original building and construction of a concrete block and structural steel addition to the Courtesy Motors in Vernon BC. This addition added new office space and 3 new service bays, expanding a fantastic local business.
Okanagan Hatchery
Construction of a new 40,000 square foot chicken hatchery in Armstrong BC. Maddocks Construction had the privilege of providing full construction management services for a state of the art facility in our community.
Hawthorne R&D
A new 50,000 square foot cannabis research building located in Lake Country. Structural steel and precast concrete structure with a intricate mechanical system to facilitate scientific research.
Flowr Corp Facility
Construction services for the Flowr cannabis corporation in lake country. This project included a full renovation and retro fit of an existing commercial building to turn it into certified cannabis growing and processing facility.
Vernon Military Laundry
Design and built industrial laundry facility for the department of defence. Including an intricate mechanical system for a large-scale facility designed to handle the strict requirements of the military.
Round Lake Gym Renovation
Interior renovation of gym and washroom facilities at the Round Lake Treatment Centre. This work included new gym floors, a full reconfiguration of the onsite washroom and a structural upgrade to the mezzanine.
Round Lake Admin Building Addition
This renovation project involved a new addition to the administration building, which included the creation of a modern kitchen, staff area, and meeting room. Simultaneously, the entire first floor was redesigned and renovated to enhance functionality and provide a fresh, contemporary aesthetic for both staff and clients.
