MADDOCKS CONSTRUCTIONS LTD.
Maddocks Construction Ltd. is situated in the Township of Spallumcheen, incorporated in 1965 and has been in continuous operation since that date. The majority of our work is in the North Okanagan/Shuswap region. We have a broad base of experience and work with a diverse range of Owners including non-profit organizations, School Districts, Interior Health Authority, local First Nations Bands, local businesses, home owners and municipal, provincial and federal government agencies. Our firm works mainly in the industrial, institutional and commercial sector of the industry, as well as in multi-unit and custom residential. Our goal is to leave our clients with a quality product that will serve their specific needs and that will be an asset to their community. .

PROJECT TEAM
Team Leader /Craig Main, Principal
Craig Main has worked in the construction industry for 30 years, and has been with Maddocks Construction Ltd since 1990. Craig is the Principal in charge of the company. He is a journeyman in both benchwork and joinery, and carpentry. During his apprenticeship, he was named the top apprentice in British Columbia, Canada, and North America. His knowledge of construction and his abilities in organization of workers and trades on site have been invaluable to the firm.

Technical and Support Staff
Working out of our office in Spallumcheen, we have five site superintendents, a safety officer, a labourer, contract administrator and one office manager/bookkeeper. The staff ensures the we have the capacity to meet any project schedule. The total staff varies from year to year anywhere from 8 to up to 40 people depending on the current trends in the industry. We pride ourselves on delivering a quality product from a deck renovation to a new building.
